Shipping

Items are typically shipped within 2 business days after the order is completed. You will be notified if there will be a delay in shipping your order. The time to receipt of the order at destination will vary depending on location.

All items are shipped with a tracking number via Canada Post.  You can check the status of your item using Order Status .

Shipping rates vary from country to country. We use flat rate shipping as detailed below:

DOMESTIC-Canada  $15.00 CDN

UNITED STATES  $25.00 CDN

REST OF WORLD  $35.00 CDN

 

 

Returns and Exchanges

Returns

You may return your new or unused product within 60 days of purchase
  • All returns must be accompanied by the original receipt or packing slip.
  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
  • All products must be unused and undamaged to ensure a full credit. We will not accept CODs or third-party billing for returned merchandise. All COD packages will be refused.
  • We cannot be responsible for items that we do not receive.
  • In the event an item is damaged during shipment, please contact us within 30 days with your tracking number.
  • Original form of payment will be credited for your refund. If the item was a gift you will receive credit in the form of a Gift Certificate to be used on emadesigntreasures.com
  • We reserve the right to refuse a refund request if it does not comply with these policies.
  • Returns must be prepaid, insured by the customer, and shipped via the carrier of your choice

    • Please note: we charge a 20% restocking fee on ALL returns.
